In the central square of Ax-les-Thermes, Le P'tit Montagnard offers a gourmet break in a typical mountain setting, combining wood and stone.

The chef will introduce you to tasty regional cuisine, with specialities such as..:

Azinat, the quintessential mountain dish, a delicious cabbage stew with Rouzole (a meat patty).

Cassoulet Ariégeois, named after Mounjetado, the famous dried white beans used to make it.
