La Café Rousse is a gourmet mountain bar and restaurant in Siguer, where an old building has been transformed into a warm and welcoming place combining modernity and authenticity.

Mathieu, the restaurateur, puts all his know-how at the service of an authentic and generous cuisine. The dishes, prepared in front of your eyes in the open kitchen, are concocted using fresh, seasonal and market produce that he selects with care.

Every evening, a dish of the day is offered, as well as a vegetarian risotto.
