La Paillote is a mobile café in the commune of Saurat.
The purpose of this association is :
To promote social links between the various inhabitants of the commune of Saurat and, more generally, the Ariège region.
To organize regular meetings between residents;
To promote other local initiatives;
To promote a dynamic market with Saurat craftsmen and producers;
To program occasional cultural and artistic events.
