L'Élégante Ariégeoise is a farm at 1160m altitude in Donezan. It produces Morchella Elata morels. A local product, grown ethically and with respect for the environment, our aim is to offer a quality product to gourmet professionals and private individuals alike. A French Morille, where even today it is mostly imported. This noble mushroom is sold fresh in spring or dried all year round.
