The races take place in the heart of nature, starting and finishing at the Parc de la Préhistoire in Tarascon-sur-Ariège. They take place in a single stage, at a free pace, in semi-autonomy and in unlimited time (except for the 35 km where a maximum time is proposed). The race is run alone.
