Discover the Ariège on the water with introductory, advanced and downstream canoeing, kayaking, cano-rafting, rafting and stand-up paddling.

Waterploof offers you the chance to glide down the Ariège river, an incomparable site at the foot of the mountains, in the Pyrenees Regional Nature Park. A large lake at the start of the activities to get you started, crew up and choose your boat. River trips of 6km (Sinsat-Ussat) or 12km (Sinsat-Bompas), with return minibus shuttles. For a full or half day, choose to be accompanied by a professional whitewater instructor who will pass on his know-how, or go it alone by renting equipment. These activities are open to everyone, from the experienced to the uninitiated, on specially adapted courses. You can also book an "aquatic day": morning canoeing and kayaking and afternoon rafting or cano-rafting in Foix, or morning Stand Up Paddle - afternoon canoeing and kayaking. (see website). Supplied with : - watertight canisters - course map and personalized advice. - depending on the weather, we supply wetsuits, neoprene socks and windbreakers.
