One- to two-hour classes Tuesday to Saturday.
- Family classes to help children and parents achieve independence

One-hour lesson in the afternoon + accompanied practice at the end of the day.
- Group lessons for children aged 6 to 16,

. Motor skills, strength, flexibility, confidence,
2-hour courses, Wednesday mornings during school vacations.
You can also come for free and supervised practice from Tuesday to Saturday afternoon.
When you arrive, your level of autonomy will be checked by the instructor, who will then explain how the gym is organized.
For beginners, bouldering only, with the possibility of loaning slippers.
For more experienced climbers:
You can either own your own equipment and use it freely,
Or rent equipment on site.
In the absence of slippers, you will be required to use clean sports shoes, such as sneakers.
