. 9:00 AM: TRANSHUMANCE
Cows pass through the village square at Les Cabannes
. 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM: GOURMET FARMERS' MARKET & ENTERTAINMENT
- opening of the gourmet farmers' market, educational farm, farm snack bar and Ariège-style refreshment bar
- launch of activities: fair, electric mountain bikes, cani-rando, children's trail, pony,
. 12H00: Transhumance meal (reservation required)
- charcuterie from Ariège and our own farm
- double Gascon grills & potatoes
- farmhouse cheese from Ariège
- apple crumble
- coffee, water, bread, wine, cutlery

Trail initiation, herding dog demonstration, cultural walk, Merens and Castillonnais horse parades, presentation of Pyrenean Gascon cows, Pitchouns trail, etc.

Aperitif at the farm, refreshments and fast food to the rhythm of Pyrenean songs.
