9:30 am rendezvous at Maison Lacube 10:00 am start of the transhumance Guided by the rhythm of the herd, it's off for a 2-hour walk! 1:00 pm: the herd regains its freedom in the Sourdaing meadows, while an Ariège-style meal is served on the grass.

MENU: charcuterie from our farm - grilled meats from our farm - Ariège cheese - apple crumble - bread and wine EQUIPMENT: water, plates, cutlery, warm clothing, rain gear, sun protection, walking shoes. Dogs allowed on leash only
