Mountain Robinsons Stay

Several workshops:

Robinson’s route: No mountain adventure without knowing your way around: using a roadmap and a compass, children find objects hidden in the forest in the form of a treasure hunt.

Learning: Use of the compass (azimuth, cardinal points) and discovery of mountain survival objects (stove, tool, torch…)

Propelling shot : To hunt, Robinson built the same hunting weapons as prehistoric man. Children discover this technique and learn to repeat these gestures, over 30000 years old.

Learning: Adaptation of man to his environment. Evolution of hunting tools through the ages. Motor skills and coordination.

In the footsteps of forest dwellers: To find his prey, Robinson had to know how to read all the tracks left by animals in the forest. Children learn to recognize footprints, hairs, traces of meals and passages.

Learning: Walk, observation of flora and fauna.

Program:

Day 1: Making the walking stick.
Day 2: 2 workshops to choose from: thruster shooting, Robinson course or animal tracks and clues.
Day 3: Day hike with the walking stick.
