Outside, there's a covered terrace where you can spend some pleasant moments. A huge games area, barbecue...

Secure inner courtyard, electric gate and video surveillance.
Housing with central air conditioning and fiber internet. We live opposite.
All the accommodation is yours, the courtyard and garden are shared.
