Welcome to the Cochon du Madres farm, in the heart of the Aude Pyrenees, in the small hamlet of Escouloubre.

Ferme du Cochon du Madres raises free-range pigs and Gascon cows. Farmers Patricia and Christian welcome you to discover the flavors of their traditional mountain charcuterie and their life as mountain farmers. As part of its commitment to sustainable tourism, the farm is involved in a number of initiatives: *Visitors are made aware of how to behave in the mountains, and how to respect the flora and fauna, through the provision of guides. *Waste sorting and encouraging customers to do the same. From the hostel, you can take a 30-minute to 3-hour walk along the village's irrigation canals and farmlands. You'll see pigs, calves, cows, sheep and horses. One more reason to come to the farm. Home delivery, usually on Wednesdays (subject to conditions). Areas delivered: Limoux, Carcassonne, Lézignan, Narbonne, Perpignan, Rivesaltes, Le Donezan. Delivery throughout France.
