To reach the tower, you'll have to go to the exit of the village of Aynat, where an effortless 45-minute walk (218 m ascent) will take you to the tower and its orientation table, offering a superb view. To the left of the Sédour, to the south-east, you can make out the village of Arignac in the Ariège valley. High up on the massif, the Grotte de Pladières overlooks the renowned Grotte de Bédeilhac.
