Convivialité Végétale invites you to come and meet it, and organizes Nature Workshops throughout the year.
Workshops on awakening the senses to sylvotherapy :

Workshops take place outdoors. I'll be proposing games and playful experiences to awaken your senses, alone or in pairs, to better connect with each of your 5 senses. The pace will be slow, so that you can really feel the senses you're not used to using on a daily basis. We'll alternate moments of silence with moments of sharing. And we'll finish with a plant-based tasting.

For full-day bookings, you can choose to add your own plant...
