Come and share a great moment in local life in the specially converted barn of Mélanie and Clément from GAEC de la Bruyante.
Have you ever taken part in an apple juice pressing or attended a livestock auction?
If not, now's your chance, especially if you'd like to press your own apples, or if you're a livestock enthusiast.
On site you'll find a farmers' and craftsmen's market, the wine tub, a pizza truck, Asian food, the goodies from Camille and Baptiste, local producers of black pork and cured meats marketed under the brand name "les cochonneries de Resplandy", plenty of goodies to delight even the pickiest eaters...
This super market is organized by the "les herbes folles" association, which will be running a softshop and selling cakes.
The Groupement des éleveurs d'Aubrac (Aubrac Breeders' Association) will be on hand with a refreshment bar, serving local beer.
The school will have a stand where you can taste or buy apple juice made by the children.
Join the team from La Pau'Pote, who'll be cooking up a meal using produce from the Gaec de la Bruyante and the no less tasty "cochonneries de Resplandy".
You'll be able to enjoy this delicious meal in the warmth of the barn, at a large convivial table, for a moment of sharing.
