The idea is to organize a meeting around a producer, an estate or an appellation. And to have a festive evening around our tables.
It happens in the street, and the tasting is free.
On the CELLAR side, you can buy wines at estate prices, with special offers.
On the TABLE side, all estate wines will be exceptionally priced at €3 a glass, with no corkage fee on these products either.
For this premiere, we're honored to welcome Jacques Calvel from Domaine J.Laurens (Blanquette and Crémant de Limoux), just outside Limoux, who will be presenting his superb crémants and blanquettes.
Jacques is quite a character, as you'll soon realize, and he knows our town well, since as a child he used to walk with his grandfather from the Plateau de Sault to take the cows to the Ax fair!
His products are sold in Japan, America, Scandinavia, the UK, Germany... And in ZEBRE. And you'll appreciate their finesse and aromatic complexity.
Come and stroll around, and be the curious. These encounters take place in all simplicity, and are unique moments.
