Proposed by Les Amis des Chemins d'Ax et du Patrimoine, which contributes to the environmental and cultural preservation of the local heritage, the exhibition features watercolors, posters, drawings, illustrations and paintings by Marius Jognarelli (1870-1930).
During the last years of his life, the painter discovered Ax les Thermes and its sulfurous waters to relieve his tuberculosis. He devoted much of his time to painting street corners, squares, monuments, the town's three rivers and the Bassin des Ladres.
