1 hike
The races are mountain running and nature running events with a start and finish in the village of Saurat, and will take place on November 1, 2025.
The race routes are fully signposted, and do not require the use of a map. The events take place in a single stage, and require competitors to take some responsibility for themselves (semi-autonomy).
The race is run alone, without assistance and without a pacer.
The courses are :
- LAS QUATRAS CABANAS: 34 km, 2300m d+,
Timed race, open to Espoir to Master categories.
A mountain race requiring good physical fitness, mainly on trails with off-trail and sometimes technical sections.
The race culminates at Cap de l'Escalot (1741 m).
- LA VIRADA: 25 km, 1500m d+ (altitude gain)
Timed race, open to Espoir to Master categories.
A mountain race requiring good physical fitness, mainly on trails with some off-trail sections.
The race culminates at Sarrat de la Pelade (1701 meters).
- LA CAMINADA: 13 km, 650m d+ (altitude gain)
Timed event, open to Junior to Master categories.
Nature run exclusively on trails and local roads, with a high point at 1150 meters.
- TEENAGE RACES U18, U16, U14 :
Timed event, open to Benjamin, Minimes and Cadets categories.
3 courses available:
- U14 course: 2.5 km and 85 m ascent
- U16 course: 4.6 km and 250 m elevation gain
- U18 course: 7.8 km and 400 m ascent
Outdoor foot races run exclusively on trails and municipal roads, with a high point at 985 meters altitude.
Note: The organizers reserve the right to modify the "Las Quatras Cabanas" route in the event of bad weather or force majeure, given the mountainous terrain in which the event is run. In such cases, an alternative course of shorter distance and lower altitude may be proposed.
Two children's races
These are two races of around 0.7 and 1.5 km in the village streets for children born between 2015 and 2020.
Participation is free, and will not be timed.
The children's race starts at 10:15 a.m. in Place de la Rende.
To take part, a parental authorization form including a questionnaire on the child's state of health will be required. This authorization form will be provided on the day of the event.
A hike
A guided walk lasting 1h30 - 2h00 will depart from Place de la Rende at 9h30. Registration on site is €5.
Participants should bring warm clothing, a waterproof jacket and a 500 ml water supply.
