Regards d'Altitude - When art is exhibited in refuges

Three viewpoints, three sensibilities, one passion: the mountains.

Gina FERNANDEZ, a passionate photographer from Toulouse, Philippe SERIOT, a professional photographer from the Ariège, and Nicolas DELAMARRE, an author-photographer based in the Hautes-Pyrénées, have joined forces for a unique artistic project: to exhibit their work in the very heart of the Pyrenean mountains... in mountain refuges.

Through Regards d'Altitude, they propose an unexpected experience: discover art photography in the heart of the mountains, where people come in search of effort, silence and raw light. Carefully selected prints will adorn the walls of these emblematic places of passage, bringing a poetic and visual touch to these spaces of rest and sharing.

After a first exhibition season at the Refuge du Pinet (2240 m, Montcalm massif), the works will be hung on June 4, 2025 at the Refuge de Bassiès (1650 m, Ariège). The exhibition will be open to the public until the refuge closes in October 2025.

A pause, a glance, a suspended moment.
Regards d'Altitude is for everyone: seasoned mountaineers, hikers just passing through, and those who simply love nature and powerful images. An artistic, human and environmental approach that reconnects art with the essential.

In order to spread the word about this project to as many people as possible, we're looking for partners, press relays, institutional support, patrons or local players wishing to join us in this artistic and mountain adventure.
