Audrey invites you to discover a menu that evolves with the seasons, featuring quality snacks. Specializing in burgers, she also offers snacking with paninis, hot dogs, wraps and her famous suggestions, including huge American ones!

NEW: Le Miam d'ici doubles up.
You can also find Audrey's delights in Ax-les-Thermes, in the town center, on the Place du Breilh.

Depending on the season, you'll have 6 to 8 choices of burger and fries. As well as snacks, you'll find salads on every menu for those who love greens!

It uses mainly local products, with direct producers or local merchants and craftsmen. Products and beverages are prominently displayed with signs identifying their provenance. She cooks everything she can: sauces, röstis, vegetables, hot dishes, tapas - even her spreads are "homemade"!

Like every winter, you'll find her soup of the moment, which changes according to her whims.

Audrey is truly committed to local and French consumption, and does her best to help you discover products from our region. What's more, her packaging is as ecological and French as possible.
