2nd Day:
Day trip to Port de Lers “ecosystems and biodiversity” with picnic
The Bernadouze peat bog (discovery of the biodiversity of a particular ecosystem, playful observation of the environment and identification of its various specific animal and plant species), aquatic fauna-water quality workshop (identification of animals indicating pollution levels and water quality), Freychinède beech forest (tree identification and forest management), walk on the Port de Lers estives (observation and landscape study, pastoralism and transhumance)
3rd Day:
Morning: Energy
Investigative approach (questioning, workshops, experiments…) to understand the complexity of the concept of energy: definition of energy, energy in the human body, different forms and sources of energy, consumption and control of energy resources.
Afternoon: Water as a natural energy resource, hydroelectricity
Field study of the various components of a hydroelectric installation to understand its basic operating principles.
