Day 1afternoon: Make your own herbarium: introduction to botany, choosing plant samples, developing observation skills, discovering their environment and the magical power of plants.
Day 2: Full-day hike with the making of a walking stick (in hazelnut) supervised by 2 mountain guides. Picnic lunch.
Day 3: Visit to the Maison des Loups: Make a clay trace with your hands…
You’ll be given a ball of clay and instructions on how to make a faithful trace. In the park, an animator will help you make a beautiful clay print that will become hard after drying. A wide choice of prints is available: wolf, of course, but also bear, wild boar, deer… and farm animals such as hens, rabbits, ducks…
Come and meet packs of wolves in the heart of the wild frontier.
Discover wolves: from Europe, Canada, the Arctic and Poland.
You’ll watch one of the wolf packs being fed, and learn more about the behavior and social life of these superb and much-maligned animals. The tour is self-guided, during which you’ll discover :
– the barefoot trail to feel the pulse of the earth!
– the sound station, where you can listen to fabulous tales about the wolf.
– themed trails (tracks, ornithological, botanical) for a closer look at the mountain environment.
On a semi-guided tour, you can pet and brush the animals at Monsieur Seguin’s educational farm, race the wolf and take part in the gold panning workshop.
Picnic and departure.
