The on-demand transport service runs to the village of Val-de-Sos on Thursday mornings and to Tarascon-sur-Ariège on Saturday mornings from the villages in the Auzat and Vicdessos valleys. It is possible to travel to these villages from Tarascon-sur-Ariège.

It is open to everyone and provides access to the market, services and shops in these two towns, as well as to Tarascon-Sur-Ariège station on Saturday mornings. Are you staying in Auzat or Val-de-Sos for one or even two weeks and don’t have your own transport? There’s a solution to get you to your accommodation. Arrive at Tarascon-sur-Ariège station on Saturday morning and take the “TAD” at 12.33 pm, arriving in Auzat or Val-de-Sos 45 minutes later. You can leave the following Saturday morning to catch the train from Tarascon-sur-Ariège. The “TAD” arrives at Tarascon-sur-Ariège station at 9.57 am. Are you a GR10 hiker looking to travel from Tarascon-sur-Ariège via Siguer to Mérens-les-Vals? Arrive on Saturday morning at Tarascon-sur-Ariège station. The “TAD” service runs on the 1st and 3rd Saturdays of the month, departing at 11.03 am from the station and arriving in Siguer 30 minutes later. Return journey possible by train via Mérens-les-Vals station. Alternatively, take the GR10 from Mérens-les-Vals to Siguer: Arrive at Mérens-les-Vals station and hike to Siguer. Return journeys are available from Siguer on the first and third Saturdays of the month, arriving at Tarascon-sur-Ariège station at 8.57 am (journey time approximately 30 minutes). The meeting time at the bus stop will be confirmed by the booking centre the day before (two stops in Siguer). Please note: From January 1, 2024, the transport on demand service will change. From this date, you will need to contact the regional reservation center on 0805 60 81 00, Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 4.30pm.
