Haute Montagne honeys are harvested, cold extracted and carefully packaged in Donezan in the Haute Ariège.

From October to June, the bees are kept in the communes of Rouze and Mijanès. At the end of June, the hives are transhipped to the high mountains at the Mijanès ski resort.
All practices are carefully thought out and implemented with the aim of preserving the well-being of the colonies and offering quality products.
