Welcome to GAEC de la Buyante, located in the heart of Donezan, a natural region of the Haute Ariège.
The farm guarantees traditionally reared meat that respects the environment and animal welfare.

Let's quickly introduce the 3 young farmers of the GAEC de la Bruyante.
First there's Mélanie and Clément, young parents of little Charlotte, then their friend and partner Mathias.
3 people, 6 hands, and not a few too many to keep this beautiful organic farm going.
They've been in Donezan for 7 years now, but being children of the region, they've known it since their earliest childhood and are very attached to it.
That's why, when they were looking for a place to set up their farm, they naturally chose this area.
They are keen to contribute to the economic and social dynamism of this small part of the world. And they are happy to open the doors of their farm for occasional events.
Whatever the case, the most important thing on their farm is the animals.
The 65 Aubrac mothers, accompanied by their calves, summer in the high mountains from May to October, then graze on natural meadows, rangelands and moors around the farm.
After weaning, the calves complete their development on organic feed.
In winter, our animals are fed exclusively on organic fodder produced on the farm.
Their meat is sold direct, to order.
