Transhumant breeders for several generations, this family now raises around a hundred Gascony cows and as many Gascony black pigs.
Following the rhythm of the seasons, the animals graze in the open air for 8 months of the year on the high plateaus of the Pyrenees, enjoying a natural, unspoilt environment.

Their commitments:
. Preservation of transhumance: this ancestral tradition, listed as a UNESCO intangible heritage site, is essential for maintaining the biodiversity of mountain ecosystems. Transhumance also fosters enriching encounters and exchanges with various mountain stakeholders.

Independence in production: They aspire to make a dignified living from their work, by making production choices that reflect their own identity.

To meet growing demand and share their passion, they have naturally turned to direct sales of their products, enabling them to satisfy the needs of the restaurant and store. They also offer agrotourism activities, including educational walks, gourmet transhumances, farm tours and tastings.

Come and discover this family farm, combining respect for tradition, love of the land and sharing authentic flavours!
