Camille and Baptiste offer an assortment of fresh organic black pork, and sell quality charcuterie under the Les Cochonneries de Resplandy brand.

It's in the small village of Le Pla en Donezan that they've chosen to set up their business. They offer a range of fresh black pork meats to order, as well as charcuterie (cured meats and verrines) for direct sale. They also sell seasonal vegetables and various farm products (eggs, etc.). Concerned about the environment, they have designed their organization to give priority to short circuits. Whether it's for the supplies they need to run their business, or for marketing their products.
