La Ferme du Plateau is an abbey and monastery in Carcanières.
Its main activity is the manufacture of dairy products: fromage frais, Pyrenean tomme and, in particular, Donezan, which won a gold medal in the "pressed cooked cheese" category at the Lyon international competition.
