In the heart of the Haute-Ariège Valley, this charming family-run vacation rental welcomes you to a very peaceful setting by the river and at the foot of the mountains.

Its cozy living room with a wood-burning stove, its covered terrace overlooking the cliffs of Sinsat (the Quié de Sinsat), and its private, fenced-in garden with a pétanque court invite you to relax. A fully equipped kitchen, private parking, and peaceful surroundings round out this ideal spot to recharge. The house has three bedrooms. One is located on the ground floor with a double bed. The other two are upstairs, accessible via the staircase from the small game room. One of the upstairs bedrooms, featuring a restored half-timbered wall, is furnished with a double bed and two single beds for children. The other bedroom, which is cozier and offers a view of the Quié, is furnished with a double bed. There is also a pull-out bed in the small game room and a sofa bed in the upstairs movie room, where you can draw the curtains for complete privacy. Finally, there are two bathrooms, one on the ground floor and one upstairs. Both are equipped with showers and toilets. Layout: 2 single beds and 5 double beds (or 3 double beds and 2 sofa beds measuring 140)
