The "La Rosée du Matin" vacation rental is ideally located for a weekend or a week in the mountains. It’s right next to and close to must-see attractions known for their unique features (the Lombrives Cave, the largest in Europe; the Niaux Cave, famous for its original prehistoric drawings; and the Château de Foix with its interactive museum).Just a 1-hour drive away are Andorra, Carcassonne and its magnificent citadel, Toulouse, and hiking trails for all skill levels in the surrounding area. For cycling enthusiasts, there are must-see Tour de France routes, and this year, a stage finish at the Plateau de Beille on July 14. What else? Water activities include canoeing just 2 km away, rafting for the more adventurous, or pedal boats at the water sports center—and even water skiing!! In fact, there’s plenty to do!! The cottage is just a 5-minute walk from the Ussat-les-Bains spa. The grounds are flat, so you can easily get there on foot or by bike. Private parking space in the residence’s parking lot. SHORT-STAY PACKAGE: 2 nights or more, including made-up bed, bath towels, dish towels, hand towels, electricity/heating, and end-of-stay cleaning.WEEKLY PACKAGE: Includes a made-up bed, 8 kW/day of electricity, and end-of-stay cleaning at your expense. For your comfort, we’ve equipped the apartment as follows:A built-in kitchen area with a glass-ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and small appliances. For relaxation, there’s a dining/living area with a flat-screen TV. You’ll stay connected with Wi-Fi. The sofa bed sleeps 2 people. The bedroom features a double bed. I provide the bed linens. The bathroom with toilet is a separate room; it has a bathtub, a bathroom cabinet for extra storage, a hair dryer, and a towel warmer. Please bring your own bath towels. Alternatively, you can rent bath towels for the duration of your stay. There is a laundry area with a washing machine in the bathroom. Pets are not allowed in the cottage, even though we love them. The cottage is non-smoking. In the same complex, we have another cottage for 2–4 people called “La Pierre au Bord de l’Eau,” and for 2 people, the cottages “La Rivière Chantante,” “Le Coucher de Soleil,” “La Mauve Sauvage,” or “Le Refuge des Écureuils.”
