On their family's organic farm, bakers Marc and Geneviève grow soft wheat and small spelt.
They also grow vegetables and fruit trees.
They also raise 3 pigs a year, which are processed and served in their farmhouse inn.
Twice a week, they offer a range of half-complete breads made with natural sourdough, kneaded by hand and baked in a Roman wood-fired oven. All cereals are stone-ground on the farm.
You'll also appreciate their jams and red fruit coulis, not to mention the inimitable taste of their old-fashioned apple juice.
You can buy their products all year round at the farm on Saturdays from 9am to 12pm, or by appointment only on other days. They are also available at the Rodome grocery store and in several organic stores in the Haute Vallée de l'Aude (Arcadie, Floréal, Terre-mère).
Find them at the Roquefeuil local producers' market, from 6pm to 9pm, every Friday throughout the summer, in a festive atmosphere.
