Peasant bakers, producer/processor of red berries, apple juice, open-field market gardening, farm pig producer.
On their family's organic farm, bakers Marc and Geneviève grow soft wheat and small spelt.
They also grow vegetables and fruit trees.

They also raise 3 pigs a year, which are processed and served in their farmhouse inn.

Twice a week, they offer a range of half-complete breads made with natural sourdough, kneaded by hand and baked in a Roman wood-fired oven. All cereals are stone-ground on the farm.
