Motivation is a humorous, job-oriented one-woman show disoriented by a rabbit. Alice works in an educational and career guidance agency. One morning, she's asked to play the role of her company's mascot: a white rabbit. But when she dons the adorable costume, she falls through the cracks. Traversed by memories, fantasies and characters, tested by the polyphony of a shared experience - that of work - Alice loses herself and is transformed.
