"L'ambassade ariégeoise du goût" locavore restaurant, located in the village square, specializing in mountain delicacies and local Ariège produce.
In the family home at Les Cabannes, the breeder offers a unique culinary experience.
If what you eat at their place tastes so good and feels so good, it's because each and every dish is home-cooked, direct from their breeding of Gascon black cattle and pigs, as well as from 40 Ariege breeders and producers. It's this quality that makes every bite so tasty and comforting.
