Le Patio, a Pyrenean restaurant, welcomes you in several different atmospheres.
Outside, you can enjoy a 12-cover bistro terrace on the Victor Pilhes pedestrian street, or the intimate 14-cover patio at the rear of the restaurant.
Inside, the 16-seat bar area, equipped with tables and stools, offers a convivial atmosphere. You can also enjoy home-made tapas, dishes and desserts in a mountain chalet atmosphere in the 18-seat dining room.
Each area can be reserved for private use.
Mario, the chef, comes from a family of breeders from Siguer in the Vicdessos valley. He cooks azinat, mounjetado, rouzoles and chestnut desserts, as well as suggestions based on meat arrivals.
You can also reserve pieces of meat to share (ribs, leg of lamb, rib of beef, etc.). He selects suppliers in the Pyrenees and particularly in Ariège when he can.
Valentin, the room manager, has over 10 years' experience in the restaurant business in several establishments in Ax-les-Thermes. He will welcome you with his legendary laughter and take into account your specific requests.
