The store sells all local products from the Ariège and Pyrenees, including meats, cheeses, charcuterie, wines, sweets, delicacies, etc. To order: raclette, cheese and charcuterie platters Laurent also offers guided tours, picnics, gastronomic walks and farm visits. Meal baskets all year round on reservation: €10.50 per person (minimum 2 people). Free tastings all year round, 1 day a week (ask for details). Tasting of local products with commentary on the history of farming in the Ariège.
