In my workshop, I make cookies in a variety of flavors, as well as shortbread with lemon, chocolate chips and walnuts.
I've also developed an aperitif cookie with brewers' grains to accompany my vegetable spreads. Not forgetting my classics with cumin seeds, mild curry, Emmental, Herbes de Provence and smoked paprika.
