Auberge le cochon du Madres invites you to discover its boutique, open all year round.
In the Auberge le cochon du Madres store, you'll find not only farm products made on site, from free-range livestock, but also a wide range of local produce.
Cochon du Madres products: charcuterie, mountain ham, pâtés, pork, beef and veal; ready-made meals.
Through a large glass window, you can take a peek at the ham dryer, where the farm's hams are peacefully air-dried.

*cow's milk, fromage frais/white/spiced cheese, crème fraiche
*olives, tapenades, oil
*Corbières wine, Blanquette de Limoux, artisanal beers
*Spiced bread and honey
*Ewe's milk cheese
*Bread, eggs
As part of a sustainable tourism program, the farm is involved in a number of initiatives:
*Bringing local players to life through the products sold.
*Visitors are made aware of how to behave in the mountains, respecting the flora and fauna through the provision of guides.
*Waste sorting and encouraging customers to do the same.
From the hostel, you can take a 30-minute to 3-hour walk along the village's irrigation canals and farmland.
You'll see pigs, calves, cows, sheep and horses. All the more reason to come to the farm.

Groups of 8 to 60 people welcome. The inn offers special menus for groups.
