BON'AX : Course de ski de rando

RACE RULES
. TWO EVENTS :
- Individual discovery ascent fir descent bonascre d+ 353m, 3 km 600 (1 km 700 ascent).
- Individual classic 2 times uphill fir and 2 times downhill bonascre d+ 706 m 7 km 200 (3.4 km uphill).
. COMPULSORY DOCUMENTS :
- License or ID.
- Medical certificate.
Race numbers will be issued in the salle hors sac, at the same time as the compulsory documents check, and will be of a different color for each race.
Without presentation of the compulsory documents, registration for the race will not be validated and no refund will be given.
. COMPULSORY EQUIPMENT :
- Ski stop or leash.
- Helmet and headlamp.
- Survival blanket.
- Skis must be identical from start to finish.
. RACE PROCEDURE :
- A briefing will be held at 6:30 p.m. at the start line in front of the main cash desks in Bonascre.
- Competitors must be on their skis 5 minutes before the start.
- Start at 18:45 in line.
- No timing.
- 1 podium judge on finish line 3 best men and 3 best women (front toe of boot determines order of finish).
- Finish is skating up the resto passage.
- Time barrier after the first lap 1H15.
. COURSE :
- Red flags on the way down.
- Yellow flags with skis on the bag or in the hand.
- Skinning and de-skinning zones will be marked with tape at Manseille (no refreshments in this zone, poles on the ground during de-skinning and re-skinning).
The course may be modified according to snow conditions; competitors will be informed of any changes before the start when they receive their race numbers.
. ENVIRONMENT :
- Please do not throw garbage into the environment.
. AWARDS CEREMONY AND DINNER :
After the race, we'll hold the prize-giving ceremony at the Salle des petits montagnards, followed by a buffet dinner for participants.
