In short, come and live the adventure of Roquefort de Sault.
Come and spend a day with the whole family at the first Madres spring fair in Roquefort de Sault, at the foot of the highest massif in the Aude: La Madres from 9.00 0 18.00.
In this idyllic mountain setting, local producers will let you taste their delicious flavours, and the many craftsmen will let you discover their know-how.
Animals for all!
The Ranch du Madres offers horseback riding in a safe environment.
Husky évasion offers a cani-marche baptism with its sled dogs.
A funfair area will entertain your children (mini inflatable structure, throwing games, duck fishing, chamboule-tout, etc.).
At 3 p.m., free hunt, surprise prizes for all.
At 4 p.m., draw for the children's tombola (to win a beautiful chocolate Easter egg made by a craftsman) and for adults (accommodation and breakfast at the Madres ranch).
