Fitness at the heart of the Thermes d'Ussat offers individual or package thermal treatments, massages and treatments with a beautician, and aquagym sessions in the thermal pool (water at 33°). Take advantage of these soothing, relaxing and revitalizing treatments in a human-scale structure. Ussat-les-Bains offers you its own fitness program, which you can follow with a view to prevention, or simply "for fun". Whether you're a hiker or just want to recharge your batteries for half a day or more, you'll appreciate the services offered by the spa from Monday to Saturday: bubble baths, herbal infusion baths, jet showers, essential oil massages, foot reflexology and various massages. Reservations required, Monday to Saturday mornings. Secretariat open mornings from 8am to 1pm for reservations on 05.61.02.20.03 from June 29, 2026.
