Membership is free for all Haute-Ariège residents. For others (holidaymakers, curists...) membership is also free. Users must provide proof of identity and address. Registration entitles you to borrow 5 books, 3 CDs, 3 DVDs and 3 magazines for a period of three weeks. A return box is now available for returning documents 24/7.
