Discover new spaces...
Caving lets you explore secret places and enjoy a unique experience.
Come and discover the valleys of the Ariège, a wild and unspoilt mountain awaits you. A land of light and shadow, where water has played with rock.
The wide open spaces are here, and they'll take you somewhere else...

Potholing lets you discover the sixth continent, and explore the underground world of the Ariege.

These activities are easy, not elitist. All you need is the ability to walk and the desire to go. Come and experience the adventure as a group, a family or join an existing team.

For caving, you can experience your first exploration from the age of 6. I provide all the equipment needed for the activity. Day trips are also available for large-scale explorations.

The little extra:
I welcome customers to my canyoning and caving center with coffee and all amenities (toilets...), and at the end of the activity we meet at the center to share a drink, and get feedback on the activity.

During our outings, the emphasis is on teaching and learning.

For canyoning, swimming is compulsory.
I provide all the equipment necessary for the activity, including Adidas canyoning shoes. All you need is a swimsuit and towel.

For caving: you need to bring sports pants (jogging, leggings or hiking pants) and a sweatshirt or fleece, plus a complete change of clothes (your clothes may get wet during the activity).
