The farmhouse inn Le Cochon du Madres welcomes you for traditional, authentic meals.
On your plate, from homemade bread to dessert, accompanied by regional wines and cheeses.

The unique menu changes daily, according to season and mood.

Example of a menu that can be served :

Starters - House specialties or charcuterie platter
Main course - Roast pork with porcini mushroom sauce, sautéed potatoes
Cheese - Tomme des Pyrénées from the Madres cheese dairy
Dessert - Seasonal fruit tart or raw milk flan

Patricia and Christian are always ready to listen to your wishes, so don't hesitate to drop them a line!
They also offer a catering service for your meals and receptions.

At the auberge, you can have lunch, dinner or even breakfast with a fork.

Mealtime is also a time for socializing, and you'll have the chance to chat with the farmers and find out more about life on the farm and in the surrounding area. The aim is to re-establish a close relationship with customers.

Committed to sustainable tourism, the farm :
Serves 100% home-cooked meals, 80% of which come from the farm,
-Promotes local producers,
-Sensitive to respect for the mountains and the environment,
-Practises rigorous selective sorting.

From the inn, take a walk (30 min to 3 hrs) along the village's irrigation canals and Escouloubre's livestock parks, to meet the pigs, calves, cows, sheep and horses - a complete immersion on the farm!
