In the pleasant mountain climate, Marc and Geneviève welcome you to their table to share their love of good produce. Come and enjoy their delicious local cuisine!

Art exhibitions in the dining room

In 2019, Marc and Geneviève have converted part of the family farm into an inn, La Salamandre, to promote the fruits of their varied production while welcoming the public.

Farmer-bakers, they make flour and bread, and also grow vegetables and fruit trees. A small pig farm completes this friendly, bucolic setting, with views of the Madrès and Ourthiset peaks.

From bread to gourmet desserts based on red fruits, charcuterie and dishes simmered in the bread oven, you'll find all the farm's organic produce on the table, enlivened by other local ingredients, as well as wines, craft beers, lamb, trout, cheeses and wild herbs.

A rewriting of traditional cuisine with Geneviève's touch, an explosion of gustatory surprises and a feast for the eyes.

Among other events, they invite you to join them for wood-fired pizza Fridays every 15 days, as well as exhibitions and festive
and musical events throughout the year.
