Since 2019, Marc and Geneviève have converted part of the family farm into an inn, La Salamandre, to showcase and promote their varied productions while welcoming the public.
As bakers, they produce flour and bread, as well as vegetables and fruit trees. A small pig farm completes the picture.
From bread to gourmet desserts based on red fruits, charcuterie and dishes simmered in the bread oven, you'll find all the farm's organic produce on the table, enlivened by other local ingredients, as well as organic and natural wines, craft beers, lamb, trout, cheeses and wild herbs.
Geneviève rewrites traditional cuisine with creativity, an explosion of gustatory surprises and a feast for the eyes.

All year round, art exhibitions, festive evenings and wood-fired pizza Fridays enliven this bucolic spot overlooking the Madrès and Ourthiset peaks.
