For summer 2024, here are the outings supervised by the Bureau des Guides des Pyrénées Ariégeoises : - Mountain biking / Introduction to mountain biking - Downhill profile (1/2 day): This outing allows you to discover the natural riches of the Ariege Pyrenees along waterways and forest tracks. - Mountain biking / downhill mountain biking (1/2 day): The profile of this mountain-biking tour is suitable for regular riders who are more sporty. Memorable landscapes and small trails are on the agenda for this 100% Haute-Ariège outing! - MTB / Downhill MTB - Ax-3-Domaines resort (1/2 day): Once the snow has left the Bonascre plateau, mountain biking becomes king on the slopes of the Ax-3-Domaines resort! This outing will introduce you to the fundamentals of downhill mountain biking, with the help of an instructor who will adapt to your level! - MTB AE (1/2 day): Accessible mountain biking? It's possible with electric assistance! Come and try out these bikes that adapt to the rugged terrain of the Ariège. The passes and panoramic views are yours, guaranteed cramp-free, it's just fantastic! - VTT AE - Nature outing (1/2 day): Ride up the Oriège river on an AE mountain bike, before stopping to observe marmots, isards and bearded vultures in the famous Orlu wildlife reserve. - VTT AE - Discover the Orlu Valley (1/2 day):On this outing, you'll have the pleasure of discovering the Lac d'Orgeix, its village and magnificent stone bridge, before heading for the village of Orlu, its forges and waterfall. And why not stop for a tasty break at the Crabé farm. - MOUNTAIN BIKE AE - HIKING (1 day): Ride up the Oriège river on an AE mountain bike. Stop to observe marmots, isards and bearded vultures in the famous Orlu wildlife reserve. Then walk up to the étang d'en beys for lunch on the refuge terrace overlooking the lake. On the way back, enjoy a beautiful descent on foot and then by AE mountain bike to Orlu.
