A family tradition:
Founded in 1991 by François and Colette Tourrent, the farm is home to a herd of 80 Pyrenean Gascon cows, which graze in transhumance between l'Hospitalet and Mercus for half the year. In 2013, their son Corentin joined the family adventure, bringing new impetus to the farm.
Poultry farming:
After obtaining an agricultural bachelor's degree and completing specialized training in poultry breeding, in 2019 they developed the breeding of organic broilers and guinea fowl.
The "Cou nu" chickens, renowned for their fine flesh, are raised for 4 months before being offered for sale. They also offer organic free-range eggs from this farm, as well as occasional organic free-range guinea fowl.
