Sylvotherapy and rebalancing massage with Convivialité Végétale

Workshops on awakening the senses to sylvotherapy :

Workshops take place outdoors. I'll be proposing games and playful experiences to awaken your senses, alone or in pairs, to better connect with each of your 5 senses. The pace will be slow, so that you can really feel the senses you're not used to using on a daily basis. We'll alternate moments of silence with moments of sharing. And we'll finish with a plant-based tasting.

For full-day bookings, you can choose to add your own plant creations (mandala, decoration to take home, fumigation stick...), to be discussed with you when you book.

Description of the personalized, clothed, table massage:
This is a personalized massage. You'll receive it clothed, on a massage table outside, next to a small wood. You'll be sheltered from the wind and rain. This massage alternates manual and energetic massage, adapted to your current needs. You'll be accompanied by the sylvan energy of the tree that corresponds to your current need. I'll suggest the use of tree imprints (these are oils containing subtle information from a tree, which are applied in small quantities to specific areas of the body). Depending on the weather and your mood, you can receive this massage at the foot of the tree that suits you best at the time.
