API'BRUNCH combines two highlights in one: a tour of the apiaries with our beekeepers, fully equipped and in action, hands right in the frames—and a gourmet brunch, served fresh in our café-boutique in Tarascon-sur-Ariège, just a stone’s throw from the Pyrenees.
First, to the apiary.
One of our beekeepers welcomes you to their apiary. They’ll explain the life of the colony, the rhythm of the seasons, and the honey flow that’s just beginning or coming to an end. You’ll leave knowing exactly where the jar of honey you’re taking home comes from.
Next, head to the café-boutique (or stop by first—it’s up to you).
Take off your veils, catch your breath, and pull up a chair. Brunch is a gourmet experience, rooted in the local area and carefully prepared: local products, homemade recipes, and Ruchetons honey wherever it belongs. Children’s menus available.
