Founded this year by five young film professionals from the Ariège region, Le Bercail was born out of a desire to bring cinema to areas outside major urban centers and to highlight the diversity of rural regions and the variety of rural lifestyles. It is within the walls of the former school—an iconic landmark in the village of Les Cabannes—that we hope to establish this new cultural event.
