Morning
An immersive hike to encounter birds of prey, led by the Dahu Ariégeois—you’ll get up close with these majestic birds of prey to observe them in their natural habitat.
An immersive exploration to discover their way of life and their essential role in the mountain ecosystem.
Afternoon
Falconry shows with Les Ailes de L’Urga will introduce you to the art of falconry with free-flight demonstrations at the Goulier resort. Get ready to be amazed by the graceful flights of falcons, buzzards, eagles, and other birds of prey.
9:00 a.m.: Meet at the Maison des Patrimoines in Auzat
9:15 a.m.: Departure for the Goulier resort (carpooling available)
9:30 a.m.–12:30 p.m.: Hike to the Pic de Risoul (easy hike)
Bird of prey observation led by a naturalist guide from Dahu Ariégeois
12:30 PM – 1:30 PM: Picnic with a panoramic view
Return to the Goulier resort by 2:00 PM
2:30 PM – 3:30 PM: Falconry show with Les Ailes de l’Urga
Be sure to bring walking shoes, water, and weather-appropriate clothing.
